PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file format used to make a document presentable and exchange reliably over the Internet. A PDF file contains a number of multimedia features such as links & buttons, audio & video messages and business logic so users can easily e-sign (electronically sign) and view.

Using Adobe’s PDF Reader, you can easily view and modify a document in a well-mannered fashion. In addition, to do such things you need not use a commercial program of Adobe’s. Alternatively, you can act the same in free versions for free (without paying a penny). To this end, Adobe Support has come with a few significant steps, you should consider:

  • Visit Adobe’s official site to download and then install the latest version of PDF Reader (if don’t have already). It’s free and doesn’t charge your money.

  • Download a PDF document as well or you can use any existing document.

  • After downloading the application, an icon that resembles four stacked boxes will appear on your desktop. Click that icon, if any windows pops-up offering you to Buy or Try; choose Try button.

  • Now, click the file menu to import the files and choose any of files to import.

  • Here, you will see two options: Text box or Images. Mark only one box.

  • After making your choice, select the Ok button and the file will begin to edit.

  • After that you can modify/edit the file on your own.

  • When the conversion process is completed, click a Field format to open it.

  • Now, you can edit your desired file/document easily.
